We pay the farmers a premium for the certification costs and their dedication to protecting the environment, their workers and our health. We only use organic compliant flavors from Flavor Waves for our flavored coffees.

Ethiopian Sidamo Moredocofe #2: Sweet, balanced, medium body and a complex flavor profile. Chocolate, nuts, blackberries, jasmine, citrus and tea with a lingering aftertaste of a crisp, fruity wine.

Tanzania KNCU AB: Rich, earthy chocolate with winey fruit notes.

Asia-

Sumatra Mandheling: Sweet, rich, heavy body and earthy. Spicy and tropical fruit at a light roast, chocolate covered raisins at a dark roast.

Central America-

Mexican Chiapas Finca Esmeralda: Balanced, smooth, medium body. Clean, mild fruit with herbal notes.
